Good morning! I am very glad to stand here and share the topic of “youth” with you. I come from XX and my name is maxfu. Today my topic is “Melody of Youth”.
Some people say that youth is a rising sun, carries infinite hope and irradiates dazzling light.
Some people say that youth is a ball of blaze, flickers the flame of passion, dances the melody of youth.
Some people say that youth is a roaring river, bursts out the voice of confidence, flows the boldness of youth.

Since we know how wonderful the youth is, how can we build our own youth wonderful?
Firstly, I think you should set an ambition. Sam Walton has told us： High expectation is the key to everything. Ideals are the navigation mark and ambitions are the power for our striving.
Secondly, I think you should think more. Look before you leap, we are impetuous, if we consider everything calmly; there’s nothing that we can not do successfully.
Thirdly, I think you should work hard. An idle youth， a needy age. When we are young we are supposed to struggle, to do everything by ourselves so that we can get more experience for our future. As it’s said the beautiful rainbow always appears after a ding-on and the wealthy harvest always comes from laborious tillage.

中国素以“礼貌古国，礼仪之邦”闻名于世。明礼诚信，自古以来就是中华民族的传统美德，也是社会公德的重要资料。它包含了“明礼”和“诚信”两个资料。“明礼”就是讲礼貌、懂礼仪，如爱护公共财物、遵守交通规则等。“诚信”就是指诚实守信，表里如一，言行一致。
孔子说过：“人而无信，不知其可也。”它表达了诚信的重要性。“无诚则无德，无信事难成”。下方，我给大家讲两个关于诚信的故事。
春秋战国时，秦国的商鞅主持变法。当时处于战乱之际，为了树立威信，推进改革，商鞅下令在都城南门外立一根三丈长的木头，并当众许下诺言：谁能把这根木头搬到北门，赏金十两。围观的人不坚信有如此好事，结果没人肯试。于是，商鞅将赏金提高到50两。重赏之下必有勇夫，最后有人站起将木头扛到了北门。商鞅立即赏了他五十金。商鞅这一举动，在百姓心中树立了威信，变法得以推广。新法使秦国渐渐强盛，最终统一了中国。
而同样在商鞅“立木为信”的地方，却以前发生过一场“烽火戏诸侯”的闹剧。
周幽王为博取宠妃的一笑，下令在都城附近20多座烽火台上点起烽火——烽火是边关报警的信号，只有在外敌入侵需要救援的时候才能点燃。结果诸侯们见到烽火，率领将士们匆匆赶到，当大家弄明白这是君王为博妻一笑的骗局后，都愤然离去。五年后，敌人大举攻周，幽王再次点燃烽火，而诸侯都没有来——谁也不愿再上第二次当了。结果幽王被逼自刎。
一个“立木取信”，一诺千金;一个帝王无信，戏玩“狼来了”的游戏。结果前者变法成功，国强势壮;后者自取其辱，身死国亡。可见，诚信是一个国家，一个社会，一个民族生存的必备条件。
国守诚信则繁荣昌盛，民守诚信则安居乐业，诚信是金，无论你功劳大小，潜质高低，只要你能讲诚信，就是一个对社会有用之人。

现时人们对诚信的渴望，实际上具有某种预言的性质。如果我们仍然一无所有或者要斗私批修，那么我们自身尊重生命、财产和自由的意识就仍然沉睡未醒，恰恰是改革开放20xx年，唤醒了人们内心沉睡的意识，而在醒来时我们又处于蛋糕尚不够大的年代，因此就有了各种不诚信的纷争，其实背后，但是是个利字也!但这依然是一种进步而不是倒退。我们常常说美国等过国民诚信到比较傻的程度，但百年前美国人也并非此刻这样有诚信，以前美国的汽车旅馆中，手纸、茶杯乃至毛巾的不翼而飞，几乎是家常便饭，在物质财富很丰裕后，这样盗窃细小财物的行为就少得多了。中国许多地方也是一样，像福建晉江、浙江温州等等，其地方产品都以前是假冒伪劣的代名词，但此刻地方经济和法治发展到必须阶段，他们自己就起来要讲究诚信，并且已经和当年之吴下阿蒙有了天壤之别。这大概就是我们所说的衣食足然后知荣辱，仓廪实然后知礼节的意思吧!
如何呼唤诚信回归?有两手政策，一手当然是做大蛋糕，让每个国民至少有能维持温饱的一份，这大约就是“发展才是硬道理”吧!另一手是要确立分蛋糕的规则，否则朝令夕改，个人和企业就难以有讲诚信的基础。一个蛋糕如何才能分得公平?这需要权力的制衡机制，例如一个人拥有先切蛋糕的权力时另一个人相应地应拥有先挑蛋糕的权力，这样一块蛋糕才能分割得均匀。没有制衡的权力，我们就不能期望权力拥有者会卑微谨慎地使用权力，而多半会以权谋私。这样分蛋糕过程中，如果立规矩者没有规矩，那么社会诚信的基石就十分不稳固，并且最终影响到国民们发奋做大蛋糕的辛苦劳作。
因此，中国呼唤诚信，就需要“两手抓，两手都要硬”，没有诚信规则，社会就会蜕变为水泊梁山的状态，即使是君子，也只能大块吃肉，大碗喝酒，否则其他人就要对其实施“君子可欺之以方”;有了诚信规则，大家才能无论内心愿意或不愿意，至少行为上要可信。两手硬就是说发展经济要硬，完善市场经济框架也要硬，政府诚信的蚀空或缺失，始终是一个社会现代化和礼貌化的致命软肋。

大家好!今天我演讲的题目是：《诚信是个宝》。
在我刚懂事时，爸爸妈妈就给我讲《狼来了》的故事，进入幼儿园，老师又给我们讲《狼来了》。上了小学，还读了《狼来了》这篇课文，这个故事以生动、有趣的情节，教育我们要讲诚信。在家里，爸爸、妈妈、弟弟都讲诚信，我就在生活在一个诚信之家里。
有人说：“诚信是金。”我认为诚信是笔金子更贵重的无价宝。
这个无价宝，爸爸在大事上展露了风采，妈妈在小事上表现出高尚。一次，妈妈的一个朋友约她在超市见面。正好这天起了大雨，我想：妈妈的朋友肯定不会去，就劝妈妈别去了。可妈妈还是拿着雨伞，按时赴约。她到超市等了很长时间，仍不见对方的身影，只好又冒雨回来，当妈妈进门时，全身湿淋淋的，我便问：“妈妈，见到朋友了吗?”“没见到。”妈妈回来说。“我早就说嘛，雨这么大，她肯定不会去的，你即使不去，她也不知道，到时候你随便瞎扯及句不就行了，何必去找雨淋呢?”妈妈看了我一会儿，才亲切地对我说：“为人要讲诚信，答应别人的事，就要当真。我虽然冒雨走了一趟，即使没见到她，我心里也踏实。诚信是做人的基本道德，诚信是帮人前进的垫脚石，诚信是做人的绊脚石。”
在家里，爸爸妈妈是我们讲诚信的榜样，就是比我晚出生两分钟的双胞胎弟弟，诚实学习的态度也深深地感动这我。我们不在同一个班，一天，他的作业特别多，晚上十一点还没做完，妈妈怕他睡眠不足，影响第二天的学习，就一边念答案一边让他写。弟弟是听话的，妈妈这样做，他什么也不说。可是，等妈妈睡下后，他却起了床，坐在书桌旁，用橡皮把妈妈教他作呕的全部擦掉，端端正正地重做了一遍才上床睡觉。他这种不欺骗老师，更不欺骗自己的学习态度，也是我学习的榜样。
生活在这样一个诚信之家，爸爸妈妈弟弟就像三面镜子一样，时时刻刻照着我，督促着我。我在班上当小组长的时候，一天，一个同学没有完成作业，对我说：“组长，如果不告诉老师，我明天给你10元钱，行吗?”平时，妈妈最多也只给我2元钱，他明天给我10元钱!我真有点动心，突然，家里的三面镜子又照着我，让我毫不犹豫地拒绝了他。小组长是班级里最小的芝麻官，要当好，还真得讲诚信，不贪小便宜。否则小官当不好，那将来长大了当了大官，不也就是个贪官了吗?
常常听到有人发出这样的疑问：“诚信在哪里?”我要自豪的告诉大家：“诚信在我家里!”它教我做人，它陪伴我长大，它是我家的传家宝。传家宝，传家宝，要代代相传才是宝。
让我家有宝，你家有宝，他家有宝，家家都有宝，那我们的国家才会一天更比一天好。
